SOFT UK Team Changes

As we enter into the new year we have some congratulations and farewells to say for some members of the SOFT UK team.

First, Kate Hart, our incredible engagement officer will be leaving at the end of this month. Kate has been with us for years and will be recognized by many of you. She has been a pivotal part of our engagement strategy and will be dearly missed, by us at SOFT UK, and the community as well.

Sarah Bowell, our Trisomy Advocate will also be leaving at the end of January. Sarah came onboard two years ago as part of a funded role to help build our resources to support Trisomy families. During that time Sarah has delivered an incredible amount of resource for families and supported many directly, and we are so thankful for all of her hard work and dedication.

Both Kate and Sarah are moving onto new roles and we wish them both luck in these new positions. They will be dearly missed, but we are confident they will go on to do amazing things in their careers!
